Greasy Hair – Don’t Care

I don’t know about you but I like to leave washing my hair for as long as possible; I find hair washing such a monotonous task and it just takes far longer than it should do (that’s including the drying and styling). I tend to wash my hair 3 times a week – max. However it reached one of them days were I couldn’t possibly get away with not washing it but I just didn’t have time in the morning to do it. Now I know most people would say ‘just use some dry shampoo’ but personally I am not a fan of the stuff. I don’t like the texture of my hair after I’ve applied it and don’t feel I can style it properly. I was always more of a talc girl until I discovered this ‘Towel Off Shampoo Foam’…

This was something I received in one of my Glossybox’s a while back and I’ve only just got round to trying it as I stumbled across it in my drawer while in search of my talcum powder. It’s from Zerreau Beauty and retails at £7.95.

The concept is simple, pump a generous amount of foam onto the palm of your hand and apply onto your hair. I applied this just to my roots as an alternative to dry shampoo but you can apply to all your hair if needs be. Massage the foam into your hair and then simply towel dry off. There is absolutely no need for water or even conditioner afterwards.

I have to admit I found that it didn’t towel dry effectively and I had to give it a quick blast with the hair dryer but it took no longer than a 2 minutes for the whole process and it’s left my hair actually feeling fresh and clean as opposed to when I use dry shampoo and I spend the whole day wishing I’d washed it instead.

This is definitely a must have product for me now and something I will be for sure repurchasing after I’ve run out. After doing a little bit of research I’ve seen it’s available in an Apple and Strawberry scent too which I will try out for certain.

Love Jess
